May 19 Update: No New Confirmed Case Reported in Jiangsu

518日江苏无新增新冠肺炎确诊病例
  5月18日0-24时,无新增境外输入确诊病例。截至5月18日24时,累计报告境外输入确诊病例22例,均已出院。
  当日无新增本地确诊病例。截至5月18日24时,累计报告本地确诊病例631例,均已出院。
  当日无新增无症状感染者,解除集中隔离和医学管理1例,所有无症状感染者均已解除集中隔离和医学管理。
  目前,追踪到确诊病例和无症状感染者的密切接触者13637人,均已解除医学观察。
  专家提醒:当前疫情防控形势仍然复杂,要紧绷疫情防控常态化这根弦,始终保持警惕、严密防范。请来苏返苏人员自觉按照相关规定,如实履行健康申报、行程史填报等信息报告责任,并登录“苏康码”等平台进行健康申报。如有发热、咳嗽等症状,请尽快到定点发热门诊就诊,并主动告知前2周生活轨迹。
  每个人是自己健康的第一责任人。要坚持良好卫生习惯,勤洗手、戴口罩、常通风,不随地吐痰、不乱倒垃圾,咳嗽、打喷嚏时用纸巾或肘袖遮掩口鼻,用餐时建议分餐,使用公筷、公勺。坚持健康生活方式,注重合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡。建议仍应减少不必要的聚集和出行,保持适当的社交距离。

May 19 Update: No New Confirmed Case Reported in Jiangsu
    Between 00:00 and 24:00, May 18, no new confirmed imported COVID-19 case was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00, May 18, all 22 confirmed imported cases reported in Jiangsu have been discharged from hospital.
    No new confirmed local case was reported on May 18. 631 confirmed local cases have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively and all have been discharged from hospital as of 24:00, May 18.
    On May 18, no new asymptomatic carrier was reported in the province. 1 asymptomatic carrier was released from quarantine and medical supervision. All asymptomatic carriers have been released.
    All the traced13,637 close contacts with the confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers havebeen released.
    Experts note that we are still faced with a complex situation in fighting against the pandemic.We need to take prevention and control as part of everyday life with high vigilance and tight precautions. All those who visit or return to Jiangsu should comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories and make health declaration via “Jiangsu Health Code”. They should seek treatment at designated fever clinics as soon aspossible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.
    Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to maintain good hygiene by washing hands and ventilating rooms frequently, wearing masks when going out, refraining from spitting or littering in public places, and using a tissue or the elbow to cover the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. Separate food serving and the use of serving chopsticks and spoons for the table are suggested. The public should develop a healthy lifestyle; keep a balanced diet and exercise properly; quit smoking and drink moderately; and pursue peace of mind. Unnecessary gathering and travel are still not recommended, and social distancing should be practiced.  

518日付け江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎の新規患者数がゼロ
    5月18日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19) 海外からの新規輸入患者数がゼロで、また5月18日24時までの時点で海外からの輸入症例は累計22人と報告され、全員退院したという。
    当日江蘇省内で新規地元患者数がゼロである。5月18日24時までの時点で、江蘇省では新型コロナウイルス肺炎の地元患者数は累計631人だと確認され、全員退院したという。
    当日省内で新規無症状の感染者数はゼロで、集中隔離と医学的観察から解除された症例が1人ということで、無症状の感染者が全員集中隔離と医学的観察から解除されたという。
    これまで江蘇省では確定症例・無症状の症例との濃厚接触者が13637人で、全員健康観察から解除されたという。
    専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。今現在、疫病の予防・抑制情勢が依然として複雑化する中、防止対策の常態化として、常に警戒し、予防対策を行う必要である。江蘇省への渡航者が自主的に関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの情報を誠実に報告するほか、「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告すること。発熱・咳などの症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関まで受診するうえに、直近2週間の行動の経緯を教えること。
    個人一人一人がご自身の第一責任者である。具体的には、こまめな手洗い、マスクの着用し、換気、痰唾の吐き捨ての禁止、規制通りのごみ出し、咳やくしゃみの際にはティッシュや肘の袖で鼻や口を覆うこと等、常に感染予防意識で良好な衛生習慣に心がけること。
    食事の際には、料理を取り分け、取り箸と取りスプーンを使うこと。常にヘルシーなライフスタイルで、バランスが良い食生活、適度な運動量、たばこ・酒の制限、精神的健康に気を付けること。不要・不急な集会と外出を控え、人と接する際、一定の距離を保つ必要がある。

518 장쑤성 코로나19 신규 확진자 없음
    518 0-24 장쑤성에 해외유입 코로나19 신규 확진자가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 518 24 기준 해외유입 확진자 22명으로 집계되었는데 모두 완치되어 퇴원했다.
    당일 장쑤성 내 신규 코로나19 확진자가 없었고, 5월18일 24시 기준 631명의 확진자들은 모두 완치되어 퇴원했다.
    당일 신규 무증상 감염자가 없었고 마지막 1명 무증상 감염자가 집중격리• 의학관리를 해제했는데 이것으로 모든 무증상 감염자들의 집중격리• 의학관리를 다 해제했다.
    현재 장쑤성에 감염자 및 무증상 감염자의 밀접접촉자는 13,637명으로 파악됐는데 모두의 의학적 능동감시가 해제됐다.
    전문가를 의하면 현재 코로나19 사태가 여전히 복잡하니 방역통제 상시화의 현을 팽팽하게 당겨 항상 경계하고 빈틈없이 예방해야 한다.
    장쑤성에 들어온 모든 사람은 관련 규정에 따라 '쑤캉마(蘇康碼)' 등 플랫폼에 등록해서 건강상태 및 스케줄 등 정보를 신고하는 의무를 이행해야 한다. 만약 발열이나 기침 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 지정 발열 진료소로 가서 진료를 받는 동시 2주 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다.
    모든 사람은 자신 건강의 1책임자이니 좋은 생활 위생 습관을 길러야 한다예를 들면 손을 자주 씻고마스크를 착용하며자주 환기시키고아무데나 가래를 뱉거나 쓰레기를 함부로 엎지르지 않는다또한 기침이나 재채기를   티슈나 팔꿈치 소매로 입과 코를 가려야 한다합리적인 음식적당한 운동금연과음 제한 그리고 심리적인 균형  건강한 생활방식을 유지한다불필요한 모임이나 외출을 자제하고사람들 간에 거리 두는 것을 권장한다.
