Jintan Economic and Development Zone covers an area of 171 km², of which 78 km² is its industrial park which has realized "Nine Connections and One Leveling”. The development zone builds many characteristic industrial parks including New Energy Industrial Park, New Material Industrial Park, Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and Vehicle & Auto Parts Industrial Park with distinct industrial clustering effect. The Hua Luogeng Science & Technology Park will be forged into "Jintan Wisdom Valley”, and then becomes Jintan's core zone of knowledge innovation.
