Mr. Alexander Hoffet, Consul General of Switzerland in Shanghai led Swiss Economic & Trade Delegation to visit Changzhou on Nov 14. In that Afternoon, Deputy Mayor Fang Guoqiang attended the seminar of Switzerland Changzhou bilateral investment & trade and delivered a speech.

In the first three quarters of this year, the foreign trade between Changzhou and Switzerland reached 150 million USD and increased by 7.7%. There are altogether 27 Swiss enterprises invested in Changzhou. Trina Solar, Jin Sheng and other Changzhou local enterprises have established European headquarters in Switzerland.

This time the delegation will visit Swiss-owned enterprises like RIETER, METTLER-TOLEDO, and local enterprises planning to cooperate with Switzerland like Trina Solar, BLACK PEONY, etc.
