On July 14, Shi Zhijun, the Deputy Mayor, the Secretary of Wujin CPC District Committee, met with Habel Darvishi, the President of Tehran Subway Company, Iran, and the delegates at the New United Corporation. Jiangsu BCP Propulsion Company will sign an agreement of cooperation framework with Tehran Subway Company, and be the only supplier of propulsion system for it.

Jiangsu BCP Propulsion Company is a fifty-fifty joint venture by New United Corporation and Bombardier, focusing on the production, sales and maintenance of propulsion equipment. Since 2004 BCP has started to cooperate with CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. to provide propulsion system products for Tehran Subway projects, Iran.

This time the top management of Tehran Subway Company is specially assigned to visit Changzhou with the purpose of negotiating the cooperation between its subsidiary TWM and Jiangsu BCP Propulsion Company to commonly promote the issues of 1204 sets of propulsion system.
