Fei Gaoyun Attends the Opening Ceremony of Bonar
On April 19, Mayor Fei Gaoyun attended the opening ceremony of the new factory of Bonar Performance Materials in Changzhou Binjiang Economic Development Zone.
Fei Gaoyun pointed out that the year of 2016 is regarded as the key projects promoting year, and the whole city are working hard towards the goal of attracting more hi-tech big projects with good prospects. Changzhou government always cares about Bonar’s development here, and will provide as convenient and quality service with high efficiency as ever. Meanwhile, we hope Bonar could locate more of its projects here in the future.
Low & Bonar plays a leading role in performance materials industry, to which the Bonar Company belongs is a globally advanced professional textile products manufacturer and supplier. Its environment-friendly non-woven fabric used in cars enjoys high reputation in automobile industry. In May 2012, the Bonar Company which is based in the Netherlands invested the Bonar Performance Materials Company in Changzhou, with a total investment of 102 million USD, out of which the Phase 1 reached 40 million USD in total investment, and the registered capital was 18 million USD. Now the Phase 1 project successfully starts production of high-end interiors and transport non-woven fabrics, with the capacity of 60 million ㎡per year.
